Deposits & pricing

These are sample starting prices in SEK, inclusive of VAT. Your final quote depends on length, time, and the treatment agreed at consultation. Longer appointments may require a 25% deposit through the salon’s existing booking provider after availability is confirmed. No payment is collected on this website.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or move an appointment. In this sample policy, a deposit may be retained for later cancellations or missed appointments. The salon will share the exact terms before you confirm.

Running a little late?

Let the salon know as soon as you can. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean a shorter treatment or rescheduling, so the next guest’s appointment can begin on time. Any applicable charge will be discussed with you.

Consultations & patch tests

All first visits begin with a conversation. New colour and tint guests require a consultation; a patch test may be required at least 48 hours before the treatment, depending on the product. A consultation does not guarantee a treatment is suitable. This studio offers cosmetic beauty services, not medical care.

Aim to arrive 5–10 minutes early. Check the preparation notes for your treatment and bring any inspiration you would like to share. Let us know about access requirements in your enquiry; staff will confirm the space can meet your needs before booking.
